Here are the consumption recommendations
IF YOUR SCORE IS 8 AND OVER:
Should you stop drinking or reduce your consumption?
You should REDUCE your consumption and drink the recommended amount if:
- Your consumption has been at a low-risk or moderate-risk level most of the time during the last year
- You do not suffer from trembling in the morning
- You’d like to drink at a low-risk level
- Your consumption has been at a high-risk level in the last year, but you do not meet the below criteria
You should STOP drinking if:
- You have high blood pressure, are pregnant or have liver problems
- You are taking drugs that react with alcohol
- You tried to reduce your consumption in the past without success
- You suffer from trembling in the morning
Here are a few things to consider:

You may have an alcohol addiction, and you should only stop drinking alcohol under the supervision of a doctor or treatment group.
